We'll verify your claim and replace the product for you. In case you find any of the following issues, send email us:

  • You accidentally received the wrong product
  • You found manufacturer defects

What is the Delivery Time?

The approximate delivery time will depend on the following:

  • Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad/Rawalpindi are usually delivered in 3-4 business days.
  • Delivery to other remote cities take 4-7 business Days.

However, our business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

 

Do you have an Exchange Policy?

Yes, we do! We only exchange the products, which are damaged, faulted, broken or scratched at the time of purchase.

You have to inform us via email if you cannot bring back immediately at support@zaingee.com along with the invoice number and small description.

If your delivery was made in different city then we will provide you exchange customer will bear shipping cost to send back the product to us.
